Delete Your Account

How to delete

1. Login and open Profile → Delete Account.
2. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.
3. Your account is scheduled for deletion. You can recover it any time within 14 days by logging in.

What is deleted

After 14 days, your profile, CV, uploaded documents, academic certificates, job applications, consents and wallet balance are permanently deleted.

What is retained

Only an anonymous record (hashed identifier, number of applications, fee totals, deletion date) is kept for accounting. It cannot identify you.
