This Disclaimer applies to the website JPS.org.pk and related apps and browser extensions operated by JPS - Job Processing Service ("JPS", "we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this Disclaimer.

1. Purpose of Our Website and Services

JPS publishes information about government and other job vacancies in Pakistan and offers an optional paid application processing service. Under this service, we help candidates prepare their application using the information and documents they provide, and submit it to the relevant department or organization on their behalf. We also offer free online tools (such as photo, signature and PDF tools) and a candidate CV builder.

2. Not a Government Body

JPS is a private service. We are not a government department, recruiting organization, testing body (such as NTS, OTS or PTS) or an official representative of any of them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any department that advertises a job.

3. No Guarantee of Selection or Employment

We do not guarantee selection, shortlisting, roll number slips, test results, interview calls, merit positions, appointment or employment of any kind. All such decisions rest entirely with the hiring department or organization. Paying for or using our service does not increase or guarantee any candidate's chances of selection.

4. Accuracy of Job Information

We try to publish accurate and up-to-date job details (qualification, age limit, last date, fees, vacancies, etc.), but job information is compiled from official advertisements and may contain errors, omissions or become outdated. Departments may change dates, requirements or cancel vacancies at any time. The original official advertisement always prevails. Please verify all details with the official source before applying.

5. Eligibility Check

The eligibility message shown on our website is an automated check based on the data in your profile and the criteria we entered for the job. It is only a guide. The final eligibility decision is made by the hiring department.

6. Candidate Responsibility

Applications are prepared from the information and documents supplied by the candidate. The candidate is fully responsible for their accuracy and authenticity. We are not responsible for rejection, delay or any loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, forged or misleading information or unclear documents.

7. Fees

• Test / screening fee is set and collected by the testing body or department. JPS does not keep any share of it.
• Online fee, courier charges and processing charges are JPS service charges for preparing, submitting and, where needed, couriering applications.

Payment of any fee does not guarantee acceptance of the application by the department.

8. Tools and Calculators

Our free tools and calculators (age, BMI, date, percentage, merit, salary, tax, etc.) are provided for convenience only. Results are indicative and may not match official calculations. Please confirm with the official source before relying on them.

9. No Professional Advice

Content on JPS, including blog posts and FAQs, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, career or other professional advice.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to or use third-party websites and services (for example official department websites, social media platforms, analytics and security services). We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices.

Registered companies can search and download candidate CVs. JPS does not verify hiring claims made by companies and does not guarantee that any company will contact or hire any candidate. Candidates should exercise their own caution when dealing with any company.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPS is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or services, including loss caused by incorrect information, delays, technical errors, missed deadlines, department decisions, or the actions of third parties.
