Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JPS.org.pk, our mobile app, browser extensions and related services operated by JPS - Job Processing Service ("JPS", "we", "us", "our"). By registering or using our services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information that belongs to you.

2. Our Services

  • Publishing of job information.
  • Application processing service (Basic and Advance packages): we prepare and submit your application to the relevant department or organization on your behalf using the information and documents you provide.
    • Basic Processing: preparing and submitting your application and providing proof of submission. It does not include further follow-up after submission.
    • Advance Processing: everything in Basic, plus step-by-step follow-up and updates (such as roll number slip, test date and result, interview and merit updates) to the extent the information is made available by the hiring organization.
  • Free tools, CV builder, public CV, games, comments, reviews and a Company Portal for registered companies.

We do not guarantee selection, interview calls, results or employment. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must keep your profile, qualifications and documents accurate and up to date.
  • One person may hold one account. Do not create accounts using another person's identity.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Information and Documents You Provide

You confirm that all information and documents you give us are true, genuine and belong to you. If you provide false or forged information or hide important facts, the hiring department may take action against you, and you alone bear that responsibility. We may reject or stop processing any application where we suspect this, and we are not responsible for any resulting loss.

5. Fees and Payments

  • The total payable for an application may include a test / screening fee, online fee, courier charges and a processing charge (Basic or Advance), as shown on the job page before you apply.
  • The test / screening fee belongs to the testing body or department. Online fee, courier charges and processing charges are JPS service charges.
  • Payment is made to the bank or wallet accounts displayed on our website. You must provide a correct transaction ID and/or receipt screenshot. Payments are verified manually by our team.
  • If a payment cannot be verified, the application cannot proceed until a valid payment is submitted.
  • If a job's requirements or fees are changed or your application is moved to another vacancy, we will inform you of any difference in amount due or refundable.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only after payment has been verified and before the application is marked "Submitted". Once an application has been submitted to the department, no refund is given.
  • Cash refund: 70% of the processing charges and online fee is deducted. All other amounts paid (such as test / screening fee and courier charges) are refunded in full.
  • Store credit (wallet) instead of cash: if you choose to receive the full refund as store credit, no deduction is made.
  • If your payment has not yet been verified, no deduction applies. Please contact us to request its return.
  • Refund requests must be made through WhatsApp or email and are processed by our team. Refund proof may be shared on your application timeline.

7. Store Credit (Wallet)

  • Store credit can be used towards any future application on JPS. It has no expiry date.
  • It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If your account is deleted, any remaining store credit is forfeited and no refund or other action will be taken for it.

8. Application Timeline and Communication

We post updates about your application on your application page and may also notify you by email, WhatsApp or phone. Please respond promptly to requests for documents or information. Once an application is marked Completed, Rejected or Refunded, messages on it are closed. If you need it reopened, contact us.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading or forged information or documents.
  • Impersonate any person or use another person's CNIC, phone or documents.
  • Submit fake, altered or reused payment proofs or transaction IDs.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, admin or company areas, or to bypass limits or security features.
  • Scrape, copy or resell our content or candidate data by automated means or otherwise misuse it.
  • Upload malware or harmful, unlawful, abusive, defamatory or obscene content.
  • Manipulate game scores, reviews or comments, or post spam.
  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose.

10. Company Portal

Company accounts are created by JPS. Companies may use candidate CVs only for genuine recruitment purposes, within the limits of their purchased package. Companies must not share, resell, publish or misuse candidate data, or use it for spam or unrelated marketing. We may suspend or remove a company account that violates these Terms. Packages and credits are subject to the limits shown at purchase; a new approved package replaces the previous one.

11. Comments, Reviews and Public Content

Comments and reviews may be moderated, edited or removed by us. You are responsible for what you post. By posting, you allow us to display it on the website. If you choose to display your photo with a review or turn on your Public CV, you agree that it will be visible publicly.

12. Intellectual Property

The website design, logo, text, tools, code and other content belong to JPS or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Job advertisements remain the property of their respective organizations. You keep ownership of your own information and documents and give us permission to use them to provide the services you request.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or actions.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, misuse the services or if required by law. You may request deletion of your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Termination does not cancel any payment obligations already due, and refunds remain subject to Section 6.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPS and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss caused by department decisions, missed deadlines, incorrect information supplied by you, third-party actions or technical failures. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to an application is limited to the service fee you paid to JPS for that application.

18. Indemnity

You agree to compensate JPS for any loss, claim or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or from false or unlawful information or documents you provide.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and you may be asked to accept it again. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept them.
