About Image to PDF

Image to PDF converter combining photos into one PDF under a KB limit

Image to PDF combines your photos, CNIC copies, certificates and scanned pages into a single PDF file. Each image becomes one page, and you can reorder the pages before creating the file. If your form allows only a small file, enter the maximum size in KB and the tool lowers image quality and resolution step by step until the PDF fits.

iPhone HEIC photos are converted automatically. All work is done in your browser, so your personal documents are not uploaded to any server.
